The quickest way is our secure online ticket order system which is easy to use. Click on the “Book Now” button on our home page, or click the “Tickets” tab above. By placing your order online, you will be able to see available seats and select the ones that you want. If you are having trouble with purchasing online, you can telephone us (616) 997-7000 and a customer service representative will assist you.
If the train is listed as “Sold out at the moment”, please keep checking back online for cancellations as they are updated in real time. We do not have a cancellation list so please keep checking online for availability.
If the train is not sold out, you can purchase tickets at our station (306 Main Street, Coopersville, MI 49404) the day and time of your train. We strongly suggest you still order your tickets online as the seats may be sold out by the time you reach our station. Please arrive at least one half hour before your train departure so we can process your tickets and check you in at our station.

We will try to accommodate changes or cancellations made up to 10 days prior to departure. Refunds, if given, will be issued as a gift card. There are no refunds within 10 days of departure.

We are very happy to have Car 5 which is accessible friendly. It is located on the west end of our loading platform just in front of our caboose. There is a parking lot right next to our loading platform which has close access to Car 5. It is equipped with a wheelchair lift and wheelchair tie downs. Families are usually able to sit across from the wheelchair rider, The lift can also accommodate people with other equipment and needs.

There are restrooms both in our train station and on board the train. The conductor will be happy to direct you the restroom located in your car. Restrooms are located at the east end of each car. Our Accessible friendly Car 5 which has a lift and wheelchair tie-downs also has an accessible restroom for those who may use wheelchairs or walkers.

Ticket prices vary depending on the train ride and choice of either Premium seating or Coach seating. To see the prices, select the train ride of your choice, and then select if you want Premium seating or if you want Coach seating to see prices for both Adults and Children.

Yes, water and light snacks are okay. Please help keep our train clean by cleaning your seating area and handling your own trash upon departure.

At least 30 minutes before scheduled train departure. This allows us to depart on time. If you have your ticket information (either on your mobile device or printed out) there is no need to check in at our station. Just board the train and the conductor will assist you to your seat. Seat assignment numbers are located over the windows in the cars.

Coach Class is regular coach seating.
Premium Class is table and chair seating, plus a beverage and snack.

All of our seating is assigned and chosen by the customer at checkout. Although the system allows you to select seats that are not next to each other, there is NO changing of seats onboard. An adult from your party MUST be seated next to any children from your party. We appreciate your understanding.

All children over the age of 1 must have their own seat purchased. Also, all children must be seated next to the adults in their party. Due to assigned seating, there are no exceptions to this rule.

Due to the fact that the engine will un-couple in Marne from the east end of the train, pass by, and couple back up to the west side of the train to pull us back to Coopersville, seats facing east will be facing forward on our way to Marne, and on the way back, they will be facing backward. So no matter which side you choose, half of your trip will be forward, and half will be backward.

No. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on our vintage equipment or in our station.

To redeem your gift certificate, first select the seats that you want on the train of your choosing. At the checkout screen, input your gift certificate number to redeem the value of the voucher, and it will be deducted from your booking total! Then complete your booking by entering your credit card info.

In downtown Coopersville, MI. Our station is at 306 Main Street across the track from our boarding platform. If you need special assistance see our ticket agent located there. There is free parking located near our loading platform. Signs will assist you.
