The easiest way in on-line. Our secure online ticket ordering is a breeze. You can also email or telephone us and a customer service representative will assist you, Finally, you can usually purchase tickets at our station (306 Main Street, Coopersville, MI 49404) the day and time of your train (if the train is not sold out.) Please arrive at least one half hour early so we can process your ticket before our normal on-time departure.

We try our best to accommodate people’s changing plans, Please call 616-997-7000 to make changes. In the event that you do not use your ticket and you have not already rescheduled it by the time of your scheduled departure your ticket is also non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

There are restrooms both in our train station and on board the train. The Conductor will be happy to direct you the closest one to your seat. Our coaches are heated in cooler months, in summer some are air conditioned or the windows open.

We have now have the historical disabled accessible Car 5. It is located on the east end of our loading platform just behind our locomotive. There is a city hall parking lot just to the north of our platform that allows for easy access to Car 5. Car 5 has a wheelchair lift and wheelchair tie downs. Families are usually able to sit across from the wheelchair rider, The lift can also accommodate people with other physical disabilities. Please purchase a “wheelchair seat” in the ticketing section.

Yes, non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks are okay. Please help keep our train clean by handling your own trash upon departure.

At least 20 minutes before scheduled train departure. This allows us to depart on time. If you have your ticket information there is no need to check in at our station. Just board the train and the conductor will assist you to your seat. Seat assignment numbers are located over the windows in the cars.

In downtown Coopersville, MI. Our station is at 306 Main Street across the track from our boarding platform. If you need special assistance see our ticket agent located there.

Coach Class is regular coach seating.
Premium Class is table and chair seating, plus a soft drink and snack.

Please select an “Adult” or “Senior” ticket first. Then the children’s ticket selection will open. (Sorry, no unaccompanied children are allowed on our train 🙂
